The two 9-screen video walls of the Lourdes 2026 control room

Case study · Lourdes 2026

Lourdes 2026: twelve entities, one picture.

It is the most significant event of our journey. One does not take part in protecting a Pope every day.

For Pope Leo XIV's visit, we designed, built and ran the video walls of the control room of the prefecture of Hautes-Pyrénées. More than 20 m² of walls, 18 computers shown, more than 48 hours of service, day and night.

  • 18 computersshown, against 8 requested
  • 12 entitiesor so, in front of the same picture
  • 20 m²of video walls, and more, between the two
  • 24/7more than 48 hours of service
  • 30 person-dayspreparation, set-up, operation and dismantling

What this really means

When you call 112, there is roughly a 1 in 6 chance that the operators answering you are working from our video walls.

    Case study · Cher SDIS

The €200,000 wall that cost €7,000.

A volunteer firefighter, active in two departments, notices an 86-inch screen in the Loiret. He mentions it when he gets back to the Cher. The rest fits in one sentence from the finance director: he can show invoices totalling €7,000, full ownership of the installation, and no subscription at all.

    • Zero bugs, running 7 days a week, 24 hours a day
    • No operator training needed
    • Existing hardware reused

    What they say

From the field, not from a trade show.

The remote control is what made us sign. It turns the video wall into a genuinely flexible command centre.
    Damien B.IT manager, Loiret SDIS
No training is needed. The software is intuitive, simple. The operators love the system, and that is what matters most.

    Who builds it

We are not a big corporation.

We are French craftspeople, specialised in crisis rooms, CTA (emergency call centres) and video walls. You call, we answer, and the person on the line is the creator of the software.

“My father was neither a general nor a prefect. He was a care assistant. My mother was a boat person. We knew nobody in this world.”
Guy Condamine, co-founder and managing director
“My father was a salesman. My mother was a primary school teacher in deprived neighbourhoods.”
Patrice Barrault, co-founder, chairman and chief technical officer

From the first client, a department of 170,000 inhabitants buying a licence at €149, to 28 SDIS today. With no network and no privileges.
